What to do? Eat more fruits, fresh vegetables and whole grain food. I will advise you to not to skip your breakfast, ever in order to gain energy and feel less tired.
Sedentary Lifestyle: If you are into a job where you have to be seated for long hours, then you are ought to feel more tired due to the lack of physical activity and movement.

What to do? You might want to go to your couch at this moment, but the answer lies with the treadmill or a long walk. Physical activities lead to the removal of fatigue and fresh up your mind.
